At the moment we don't ship to Africa, Asia, Oceania, South America and the and the unmentioned countries in Europe and North America

-What are the Shipping costs?

Shipping costs per country:

These shipping costs may change when the total package weight exceeds 2kg/4,4lbs. pay close attention to this! an average skylander weighs 70 grams/2.4 ounces, when this 2kg/4.4lbs limit is exceeded the shipping costs can increase up to 150%...

-Can I follow my order?

YES,When the package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track and trace code in your email with which you can track the package. The first Email is a confirmation of your order

Your order will usually be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise stated on the website

-When will new Skylanders be in stock again?

The skylanders often come back in stock, but we can not promise that a certain skylander will come back in stock, if you want to know when new skylanders are back in stock? follow us on social media (discord, instagram, Tiktok or youtube) links are down below

-How often do we have new stock?

This varies, this can be 2 times a week or sometimes even 1 time every 3 weeks. The best way to know when there are new supplies is to join the discord (bottom right)

-What if I receive a damaged figure?

We always check the skylanders to see if they work and if they are damaged. So if there is damage to a skylander, this happened during shipping. If a figure is damaged, you can contact us via the contact page, or send an email to: Skylandersbuy@gmail.com. We will then contact you to see what possible solutions are.
Please note: There must always be photos with the email as proof of the damage and your order number

-What is the condition of the figures?

The images of the skylanders are how they used to be sold in the store. The skylanders (except for inbox skylanders) are out of the box and may have suffered minor damage over the years. This damage is minimal and can be the following:

- Minor damaged edges or scratches on the skylanders

-Damage to the paint of the skylander

-discolored skylanders due to the sun for example

(All these skylanders have been checked to see if the damage is too much to sell the figure)

- Can i Return Skylanders?

Yes, you can return skylanders, but be aware that as proof there must be pictures of the skylanders that are broken and the return costs are at your own expense. If you do not want to return them but you have a problem? Then you can always contact us via the contact page or send an email to: Skylandersbuy@gmail.com

- Do you sell the skylanders/games that are not in the shop?

Yes, We sell every possible skylander, including chase variants and games like nintendo switch imaginators, but if a game or skylander is not in the shop it means we have never had it in stock and it will only be in the shop when we first have it.

-is there a skylanders buy subscription?

No, At the moment we don't have a subscription for people to know the new stock earlier and when it comes online, we think equal opportunity for every portal master is the best

-Are the Creation Crystals reset?

Yes, They are reset
